The PushCorp SWS100-7.2 Servo Weld Shaver has the power and capability to transform a largely varying profile into a consistent, predetermined surface slightly above or below the surrounding parent metal.  The SWS100-7.2 is ready to take on ferrous metal, including cast iron, carbon steel, and stainless steel.  This unit excels at removing weld beads and casting parting lines.

The SWS100-7.2 Servo Weld Shaver uses a six inch diameter slotting cutter positioned by adjustable, rolling guide wheels.  The guide wheels can be manually adjusted and set or, with the auto-adjust option, varied automatically during the weld-shaving process.  This allows the cutter to machine away the exact amount of material desired.  The twelve replaceable, carbide cutter inserts ensure a consistent, smooth cut and long life.  Easy access to the inserts allows them to be changed in a matter of minutes.
