The PushCorp STC0612-BT40 high-torque servo spindle is an ideal solution for robotic, material-removal applications such as:

The STC0612-BT40 features a powerful 12.0 hp [9 kW] servo motor that provides constant speed. This automation equipment is designed to mount in a parallel or perpendicular orientation on the AFD82, AFD1240, and AFD92 force compliance devices. As a result, it has never been easier to program beautiful and consistent surface finishes.

The STC0612-BT40 may also be mounted directly to the robot with no force compliance device. This opens the door for automated, rigid applications such as routing, deflashing, and gate removal.

The motor shaft is configured to accept standard BT40 tapered toolholders. Customers can choose to use standard, off-the-shelf CNC tooling as well as custom PushCorp toolholders. Together, these components allow for a wide range of abrasive disks, wheels, drill bits, and cutting tools.
