Servo Spindles
Servo Spindle Motors Overview PushCorp’s robotic servo motor spindles are powerful, rugged and efficient. Their servo technology enables constant speed, making them a great candidate for material-removal applications. All of PushCorp’s servo motors utilize liquid-cooled, permanent magnet, brushless, closed-loop technology. This gives our spindles the highest power-to-weight ratio and power efficiency in the industry. With proper cooling, our motors are designed to run with up to a 100% duty cycle – turn them on, leave them on. They can handle high-power, continuous operation for years with zero maintenance – no problem! Our robotic spindles allow for continuously variable speed and constant, maximum torque over the entire speed range. Finally, all PushCorp robotic servo motors are designed to be easily mounted to our Compliant Tools (EOAT) in a variety of orientations to provide a complete end-of-arm process solution.
Force Compliance Devices
Technology Overview Robotic Force Compliance Devices allow you to automate processes and give an industrial robot a “human” touch. Their sliding carriage allows the process equipment to maintain contact with a part’s surface with a specific force. This technology is a closed-loop system that works independently of the robot arm. Unlike force torque sensors, our device does not have to compensate for the mass of the robot arm. Instead, we only deal with the weight on the end of the sliding carriage. This makes our robotic force compliance devices more accurate, precise, and easier to use than any other equipment on the market. This is critical when dealing with material-removal applications (grinding, sanding, deburring, weld shaving) where consistency is key to achieving a beautiful surface finish.

Weld Removal Equipment
Technology Overview PushCorp’s robotic, weld-removal technology is the most efficient way possible to completely remove welds in a single pass. These heavy-duty cutting tools are able to remove typical steel welds (up to 3 inches in width) quickly and efficiently at rates up to 3 inch3/minute. Aluminum and other non-ferrous welds can be removed three times faster than that! Weld shavers work by having a motor-driven machine tool slot cutter mounted between two stand-off guide wheels. The robotic, weld-removal equipment mounts directly to one of our force compliant tools. The compliant tool pushes the weld shaver against the part surface with a controlled amount of force so that the guide wheels straddle the weld. The guide wheels can be manually or remotely adjusted to set the cutter height to machine the weld away — above, below or flush to the parent material surface. PushCorp is a leading manufacturer of End-of-Arm Tools for material-removal applications.
